Our Role

Action Upon Receipt of Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following steps:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) of the removal and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
  • Respond to the complainant to confirm the action taken.

DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated contact. The counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location on TheDooflix.info.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or the nearest applicable district) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
